Amour Infini Boutique GmbH is a registered company that stands for quality and experience.
Every handbag is thoroughly and comprehensively checked by me. At the slightest doubt about the authenticity of the bag, it is of course not offered in the shop. 16 years of intensive experience and involvement with the subject matter enable me to give a 100% guarantee.
I am also a certified Entrupy dealer. Entrupy is a good way to check the authenticity of luxury bags. A computer intelligence that checks macro photos against a huge database of photos of authentic bags. Entrupy is the perfect complement for a dealer with a lot of experience.
A combination of the following criteria therefore allows you to shop safely at amour infini:
- I bring 16 years of experience and check all bags myself.
- My network, which I have built up over the years, is serious and trustworthy. In 16 years I have found a circle of sellers whom I trust and whom I know personally. I mainly use this for purchasing bags.
- Trust is good, but control is better. In addition to my experience and a trustworthy network, I occasionally and when needed use Entrupy technology to authenticate bags.
- In exceptional cases, I use external experts for additional verification.
- When you buy at Amour Infini, you have a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of the item. So you shop without risk!
Depending on the model and price, I can either purchase your handbags and small leather goods directly or take them on commission. To decide which option is suitable, please offer me your treasures under . Purchase.

If you have contacted me to reserve a bag, you can then come to the respective boutique to look at it and pick it up.
Of course, a reservation is non-binding and you decide on-site whether you like it or not. Long-term reservations are not possible, but a reservation for 1-2 days is no problem!
If you have decided to buy an item and I have confirmed that it is available, I need your name, address and email address. You will then receive a confirmation with my account details.
After payment is received, I will ship the item to you insured. If you are from Austria, I use Austrian Post, if you are from abroad (I ship worldwide), I also use Austrian Post or DHL Express for very high values.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are added to the sale price and are determined individually according to shipping address and value of the package.
If you like a bag or item, feel free to contact me to reserve the bag. You can then come and see it and pick it up at the arranged boutique. Of course, a reservation is non-binding and you decide on site whether you like it or not.
If you decide to buy the bag directly in my boutique in 1010 Vienna, you can pay for it with one of the following payment methods:
Payment methods in the boutique:
- Cash payment
- Card payment (Credit and Debit Card)
- Instant bank transfer
If you are not from Vienna and need shipping, bank transfer is the only payment option.
If you buy a bag via Instagram or the online shop and you cannot inspect the bag beforehand in my boutique, you naturally have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the bag or not. Please do not remove the product tag and contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can also inform yourself under the General Terms and Conditions and/or the Withdrawal Instructions .
Please note that this applies to online purchases, as you do not have the opportunity to try on the item beforehand when it is shipped. If you bought or picked up the item in one of my boutiques, the websites terms and conditions do not apply and returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
